It wasn't good because insurance companies are supposed to provide service, not decline claims. My roof is fine, they say it needs to be replaced, but I'm not going to change anything. So my rating is terrible, absolutely terrible. Very bad. I think they should offer better customer service. That's why I say out of 10, they get a 0."
