"My experience returning to State Farm recently has been pretty good overall. I originally left SF just over a year ago because of the rate increases and a new insurance company's rates saving me over $2K. We decided to check rates again two weeks again and this time SF was cheaper by about $1K overall. So, we came back. Seth Gonzalez has been my contact and he has been professional, friendly and very responsive to any questions or concerns I've had during the set up process. Although I appreciated the virtual meeting to follow up about questions about an increase for my second payment, had I known upfront about the pitch for life insurance being included in that meeting, I would have been very honest in saying I wasn't interested in that information at all. And without that piece, the virtual meeting really wouldn't have been necessary. It was brief and I know he was just doing his job, so not a big deal, but again, I would have preferred knowing about that part beforehand. Also, Seth made sure he figured out why what I was quoted had changed, so I'm very pleased regarding the effort he made to find out what happened. It was an error made behind the scenes and using some old information associated with me when with SF previously. But, it got worked out so I'm good with that minor hiccup that had nothing to do with Seth or his office. Overall, I'm pleased to be saving $1K per year by switching back and Seth's communication and response time is excellent. I'm team State Farm again!"
