"Customer service is absolutely terrible!!! I’ve been trying to get a simple page of declaration from them since Monday. Every time I called no one picked up and the call went to a third party. The response from them was always the same “sorry they are all busy at the moment you can leave a call back number and someone will get back to you” never got a call back from anyone. Finally got in touch with someone in the office yesterday and they asked me tons of questions on why I needed it and still haven’t gotten my document. Absolutely terrible"
